Protocol COVID-19
In Turismo Vientos del Sur we are committed to provide the maximum security and hygiene in order to guarantee our clients a pleasant and safe stay with all the necessary measurements.
In the following you can inform yourself about our sanitary measurements and recommendations:
Measurements for our clients:
- Taking temperature at the moment of entrance to the property.
- Sworn declaration about health situation, which has to be sent via email or delivered at the arrival.
- Obligatory use of masks in common places and during guided activities.
- Use of sanitary doormat in reception and cabins
- Obligatory use of alcohol gel at the entry of the reception and cabins
- Respect social distancing.
- Washing hands frequently and with soap.
- Covering your mouth and nose with the flexed elbow or a paper tissue in case of sneezing and coughing.
- Disinfecting of personal luggage before the entry of the cabin.
- During the stay the client is responsible for the cleaning of the cabin.
- It is recommended to frequently ventilate the cabin.
- The client is urged not to leave tissues, papers, masks, gloves and other personal items behind in the cabin, but to use the bins to deposit correctly.
Measurements in the reception:
- In order to improve the Check-In, the client is asked to send the personal data (name, number of travel document, nationality, domicile and email) of all the guests in advance via email.
- One person only is allowed to enter the reception after disinfecting his hands and wearing a mask.
- Dispenser of alcohol gel at the entrance.
- Sanitary foot mat at the entrance.
- Disinfection every 2 hours of the floor and bins.
- Disinfection of surfaces of contact every hour.
- Before Check-Out the area of reception will send a message via email or WhatsApp with all the missing payment details. Furthermore the client is asked to disinfect the keys of the cabin and put those into a foreseen sanitized package.
Measurements for the payment:
- The client has to pay 50% of the total price via electronic transfer in advance, according to the politics of reservation and cancellation. The other half of the total price has to be paid at the moment of Check-In, preferably as transfer as well, or payment by credit/debit card. In this case the card has to be previously disinfected, as well as the POS. Ultimately can be paid in cash, though considered as the last option.
Measurements in our cabins:
- Strict cleaning and sanitation protocol previously to the Check-In.
- At the arrival the client will find a message with “Cabin sanitized”.
- The keys will be given in a closed disinfected package at the Check-In.
- Dispenser of alcohol gel at the entrance of the cabin.
- During the stay the client is responsible for the cleaning of the cabin.
- Inside the cabin is an inform about the basic sanitary recommendations.
- Bins with foot pedal.
Measurements for the staff:
- Taking Temperature frequently.
- Daily sworn declaration about health situation.
- Frequent washing hands with soap.
- Obligatory use of face mask.
- Daily washing of working clothes.
- Use of special suites for cleaning in the cabins.
- Social distancing in between staff and clients.
- Strict personal care.
- Shift work.
Measurements for the activities:
- The staff in charge will implement a strict protocol of safety and hygiene for each activity.
- Activities will be limited for 6 people of a closed group or less.
- Strict protocol of cleaning and disinfection of used equipment.
- For any activities outwards, Turismo Vientos del Sur will supervise collaborating associates the keep to the hygiene protocols.
Important: Turismo Vientos del Sur is providing face masks for an extra cost.
